Privacy Notice

Pursuant the Personal Data Protection in Possession of Particular Parties Act ("Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares") (hereinafter the "Law") and its regulations. Pérez de la Peña y Asociados, S.C. (hereafter "PPA"), acting as responsible of the treatment of your personal data; located in: Campos Eliseos 219 - 202, Palmas Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, 11560 in Mexico City, Mexico, PH. 52.55.1945; email sdesantiago@perezdelapena.com hereby presents the following privacy notice:

1. Specification and purpose of Personal Data.

By virtue of the foregoing, you, (hereinafter the "Holder") herein expressly agrees to deliver to PPA for its treatment the following personal information:

1. Name: In order to have personalized contact and send information related with items of interest that PPA offers.
Email: Create a data base of interested people regarding the access of information of PPA´s services
2. Telephone: Contact means.

2. Means of Personal Data Protection.

As for PPA, undertakes and offers to the Holder amongst others the following options and means for limiting the use and disclosing of his/her personal data:

1. Treatment of such information with the same confidentiality and safety as his personal information is kept.
2. Periodic review of such data to the effect that, once they have served its purpose, will be destroyed or cancelled; and
3. Capacity of the personal data responsible to handle the information on an ethic and professional basis.

3. Holders´ rights.

The holder shall exercise before the "PPA manager" in office, his access, rectification, cancelation or opposition rights, same that will be attended as set forth in the Law and its regulations.

The Holder, in order to exercise its rectification, cancelation or opposition rights shall submit an access application (free writing) that shall contain and attach the following, and shall be directed to PPA´s responsible:

1. Holders´ name and domicile or any other mean to communicate the answer to his/her application;
2. The documentation that evidence the identity, or the legal representation of the holder, if applicable;
3. The full and precise description of the personal data in which some of the aforementioned rights are intended to be exercised.
4. Any other item or documentation that could ease the localization of the personal information.

4. Transfers and Sensitive Personal Data.

PPA, will not transfer to third parties the personal data that you provide throughout this web page. Likewise, PPA at any time will not collect sensitive personal information.

In case that this privacy notice changes on its terms, the PPA´s office in charge of the personal information will inform you to the email address that you provided to us.
